None of these materials may be reproduced or distributed without the authorization of Concentric Circle Consulting.
Any material that you download from this site is deemed to be licensed to you by Concentric Circle Consulting for your personal, non-commercial use only. The assignments submitted by registrants are the property of their respective registrants. The course provider may delete these submissions at its discretion. The registrant is therefore advised to keep copies of any submissions it wishes to conserve.
We warrant that the contents of the course corresponds in full to the course syllabus, which may be consulted before registering for a course. However, we do not warrant that the registrant will be able to use the contents of the course for any particular purpose. The responsibility for applying any of the information or lessons in a course is entirely with the registrant.
Access to any course requires payment in full in advance of registration. Once registered for a course, the payment is non-refundable.
Confidentiality of access credentials and non-transferability of access
A registrant receives credentials allowing access to course materials. These credentials shall be kept strictly confidential by the registrant and shall not be communicated to any third parties. Registration for a course is personal and non-transferable. Failure to respect this condition may result in the immediate cancellation of access to the course with no refund of any fees.
Training is provided from a site based in Switzerland. For registrants located in countries other than Switzerland, the training is exported and not subject to any taxes in Switzerland. For registrants located in Switzerland, the training is excluded from VAT.
Availability of the course
The service hours for course resources are at all times. However, it may be necessary from time to time to make one or more resources unavailable for the purposes of maintenance. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Course availability during the service hours is assured on a best effort basis. Service incidents might reduce the availability of course resources. However, they do not entitle the registrant to any refunds or reductions in fee. There is no guarantee that a course resource will be available at any given instant in time.
Responsibility for using course resources
There may be a time limit following the registration date for accessing the resources of a course. The registrant is fully responsible for using the resources of the course before his or her entitlement to access the course comes to an end. The failure to make use of the resources does not entitle the registrant to any refunds, in whole or in part.
The existence of your account, your account details and the status of your training shall not be disclosed to any third parties. We take no responsibility for the confidentiality of data during transit on the internet or within customer devices. Registrants may participate in a user forum. The registrant is fully responsible for any information disclosed via postings in that forum.
The only personal data collected by this site are the data provided by the registrants themselves. They may view and change that data themselves via the editing of their profiles. Those data are used for no other purposes than the delivery of training.
Personal data is retained so as to be able to deliver certificates to qualified registrants and to confirm to third parties, should the registrant agree, the validity of a certificate.
You may make requests regarding your personal data at Profile | Contact Data Protection Officer. The Data Protection Officer will handle those requests.
You may view the requests you have made and their status at Profile | Data requests.
You may view the list of any policies to which you have agreed (in addition to these General Terms and Conditions) at Profile | Policies and agreements.
A registrant is expected to perform all assignments in a course without assistance from any third parties. A registrant is expected to maintain the strict confidentiality of his or her login credentials and to ensure that all course work done via the registrant's account is performed exclusively by the registrant. Plagiarism by a registrant is unacceptable. Failure to respect this policy may result in cancellation of the registrant's enrollment without any refund, in whole or in part.
Modification of these terms and conditions
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version shall be available on the training web site.
